What you are buying

A monthly service: a website, an assistant that answers enquiries, booking wired to your calendar, and reviews requested after jobs. £199 per month, including VAT where it applies. We will tell you a month in advance if the price changes, and the change never applies to a month you have already paid for.

Cancelling

There is no minimum term. Cancel from your account and the service runs to the end of the month you have paid for. We do not pro-rate part months and we do not charge to leave.

What you take with you. The domain is registered to you and stays yours. Your phone number is yours. Your reviews are on your Google listing, which is your property, not ours. We will export your content and your enquiry history on request.

What we need from you

• Accurate information about your business, including any registration or trade body number you display
• The right to use any photograph or text you give us
• Prompt answers when we are waiting on you, since most of the build week is that
• That you do not use the service for anything unlawful

You are responsible for the accuracy of your prices, your availability and any claim about qualifications on your site. We publish what you give us.

What the assistant will and will not do

The assistant is limited in code, not by instruction. It cannot invent a price and it cannot offer a time you are not free. If it does not know something it says so and hands the conversation to you.

It is still software. It can misunderstand somebody. You should read what it has agreed before you turn up to a job, and the Monday summary exists partly so you can.

Uptime, and what we do not promise

We aim for the service to be available all the time and it usually is. We do not promise a percentage, because the honest answer depends on Google, Cloudflare and your own domain registrar as much as on us.

We are not responsible for how you rank in Google. We do the things that are known to help and we show you what changed, but nobody controls a search engine and anybody who says otherwise is selling something.

Liability

If we get something wrong and it costs you money, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous twelve months. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, because it legally cannot.

If we need to end it

We can end the agreement with thirty days’ notice, or immediately if the service is being used unlawfully. If we end it for any reason other than that, we refund the month.
