What do I actually get for £199 a month?
All four things above: the website, the assistant answering enquiries, the booking wired to your diary, and the reviews being asked for. There is no cheaper tier that removes one of them, because one on its own does not do much.
How long until it is live?
About a week from the day you say yes. Most of that week is us waiting on you for photographs and a look at the words before they go live.
I already have a website. Can you work with it?
Yes. Everything except building a new site works on the site you already have, and the check will tell you honestly whether yours is worth keeping. Plenty are.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. You get a screen where you can change your prices, your hours and the words on your site, and there is no way to break the layout. If you would rather not touch it at all, you do not have to.
Does it answer the phone?
Not yet, and we would rather say so than let you find out. It answers web chat, WhatsApp and enquiry forms today. Phone answering is being built, and if it matters to you, say so and we will tell you where it has got to.
What happens if I want to leave?
You cancel at the end of any month. The domain is yours, the phone number is yours, and the reviews are on your Google listing where they always were. Nothing is held hostage.
